Join us as we celebrate new beginnings introducing
you to all the benefits that yoga has to offer. Familiarize yourself with
basic poses, learn fundamental breath and relaxation techniques and have some
fun! Yoga has the potential to influence every part of your being and
help you to create a healthy body, calm mind and deeper connection to your soul
or intuition.
This workshop is for students who are brand new to
yoga, who have practiced yoga just a few times, or anyone who has always been curious
about yoga, but has never tried it. It is perfect for the new yoga
student wishing to "start at the beginning", learning the foundations
of yoga practice. The class format will include a basic overview of yoga
history, philosophy and physical practice.
Yoga is non-competitive
and honors each individual.
